"Jump
Start" for Managers
Omega's Jump Start program gets new managers or managers of new
groups off to a running start. This three-month program provides
the manager with a personal coach and a set of workshops in which
the manager and team clear the barriers to effective working relationships
and clarify roles, goals and responsibilities.
