Joanne Giudicelli is a founder of CornerStone Search Partners and Hire Power Consulting. In addition to continuing her search practice, she is writing a book that helps companies understand the entire search process from beginning to end.

With over 15 years of executive search experience, Joanne has conducted over 300 successful searches, helping companies to staff their technology organizations across every discipline of corporate information systems and infrastructure. In addition to many clients in the software industry, Joanne has provided candidates to Financial Services, Retail, R&D, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare related organizations in their application of technology. She has established relationships with CIO/CTO candidates who have impacted their organizations with the application of customer-focused enterprise and e-Business solutions. Joanne has also conducted assignments for venture capital and private equity firms, as well as publicly traded Fortune 1000 companies.

Prior to CornerStone Search Partners, Joanne was a Founder and President of Information Technology Partners, Inc., a Silicon Valley based executive search firm. Earlier in her career Joanne was the Applications Manager within several corporate IT environments, designing, developing and implementing business systems for various industries including transportation, manufacturing, distribution and financial services.

Joanne graduated with an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Temple University. Joanne is active in the community and does volunteer work for several organizations including Guide Dogs for the Blind.
