She is the co-author of IT People: Doing More with Less to which she contributed the chapter on Understanding and Mastering Positive Political Skills. She has served on the Advisory Board for the Master's in Computer Information Systems at LaSalle University and is a graduate of Philadelphia's Leadership, Inc. Helene has been certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, and by the Newfield Network as an Ontological Coach.
