Bonnie Keast
is a certified coach with more than 15 years of experience in executive and team leadership. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to self-development and learning. In partnership with individuals and small teams, Bonnie assists the transformation of old behavior patterns into actions aligned with targeted outcomes. Her emphasis on personal awareness, choice, and action-oriented practices consistently produces desired change.
Known for listening deeply and providing valuable insights as well as for her coaching expertise and drive for achieving improvement, Bonnie is a true ally with her clients as they continue developing their leadership capacity and presence. Her work uses strategies drawn from communications, psychology, adult development, education, and Ontological and Somatic Coaching to develop practices that anchor and sustain client progress. In addition to working with private clients, Bonnie has designed and delivered workshops and skill-based training on topics such as communication skills, leadership presence, and personal transitions.
Bonnie is certified by Newfield Network as an Ontological Coach, by the Strozzi Institute as a Somatic Coach, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Her professional experiences include leadership positions in district office administration and project/team management. She holds both Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Educational Leadership and is an adjunct professor in the Master’s degree program for Educational Leadership at St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California. She is author of the book, The Garden Within, which contains principles and practices for living a fuller, more authentic life.
